Erin makes the most fantastic salsa I've ever had! It's the kind that you just can't stop eating! I won't even tell you how many jars I've purchased from her or given to friends as gifts. It's the best!

Erin catered our twin daughter's high school graduation party for us. Everyone raved about the food! We discussed the menu together and she went above and beyond. My girls still talk about that meal!
